*I am currently on maternity leave, welcoming two little ones into the world! Tuesday classes will continue, covered by the wonderful Beth between May-September. Thursday classes will be on pause between May- September*

Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.  

Please bring your own mat, all other props are provided.

Please ensure you book in advance to avoid disappointment. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy so please try to cancel in advance. If you cancel before 12 hours, your credits will automatically be refunded to your account, if you cancel within 12 hours of class you'll still be charged.
